Ashley discovered Reiki during her own journey toward balance, healing, and personal growth. What began as a powerful personal practice evolved into a calling to help others reconnect with themselves and create space for rest, clarity, and renewal.

Ashley is a Boise-based Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and founder of Treasure Valley Reiki. After more than a decade building and leading successful businesses in the beauty and wellness industry, Ashley felt called to create spaces where high-performing women could slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to themselves.

Her approach to Reiki is calm, practical, and rooted in nervous system support. Sessions are fully clothed and designed to help clients shift out of fight-or-flight, release stored tension, and restore clarity. Ashley blends intuitive energy work with breath awareness, grounding techniques, and guided meditation — offering an experience that feels safe, steady, and deeply restorative.

I am a certified Reiki Master dedicated to helping others find balance, healing, and inner peace. With a compassionate, heart-centered approach, I create a safe and supportive space where clients can relax, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves.

As a first-generation Latina, mother, and lifelong learner, I  bring authenticity, empathy, and deep respect for every individual's unique path. I am also pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the vision of integrating evidence-based mental health care with complementary healing practices to support holistic well-being.

Whether someone is seeking relaxation, emotional balance, spiritual growth, or support during life's transitions, I welcome each person with compassion, presence, and the belief that healing begins from within.
