Slow Down This Summer: Reiki, Community Yoga, and Learning Something New
Summer has a way of reminding us to slow down.
The days are longer, the sun stays out later, and life seems to invite us to spend a little more time outside, a little more time with the people we love, and—hopefully—a little more time taking care of ourselves.
Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, physically tense, or simply looking for a way to reconnect with yourself, this season is a wonderful opportunity to prioritize your well-being.
At Treasure Valley Reiki, my goal is to create a welcoming space where healing feels approachable, peaceful, and accessible. This summer, there are several ways we can connect.
Reiki Healing Sessions
One of the simplest ways to support your nervous system is by giving yourself permission to pause.
A Reiki session offers a quiet hour dedicated entirely to you. During your appointment, you'll rest comfortably while I provide a personalized Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki treatment designed to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body's natural healing process.
Whether it's your first Reiki experience or part of your regular wellness routine, every session is customized to meet you where you are.
Summer Special
For July and August, Reiki sessions are available for a special rate of $75.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00–10:00 AM & 4:00–8:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Join Me for Free Yoga in the Park
One of my favorite ways to build community is through movement.
On Friday, July 11, I'll be teaching a free, all-levels yoga class at Kleiner Park. These outdoor classes are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and designed to help you reconnect with your body while enjoying Idaho's beautiful summer mornings.
Bring your yoga mat, invite a friend, and come enjoy an hour of movement, fresh air, and community.
After you register, you'll receive the exact meeting location by email.
Learn Reiki for Yourself
Have you ever wondered what Reiki actually is—or wished you could use it to support your own well-being?
This summer I'm offering Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki Level 1, a beginner-friendly certification class that teaches you how to use Reiki for self-care and personal healing.

A New Home for Treasure Valley Reiki
As many of you know, I previously offered classes from my downtown yoga studio.
After much reflection, I've chosen to close that chapter due to lower attendance and increasing studio costs. While change can be bittersweet, I'm excited for what comes next.
Moving forward, Reiki appointments and classes will be held from my private healing suite near Five Mile and Overland. This space allows me to create a more personal, peaceful environment for one-on-one healing and Reiki education.
Although I no longer have the downtown studio, community yoga isn't going anywhere. I'll continue hosting outdoor yoga events and teaching throughout the Treasure Valley whenever opportunities arise. Be sure to follow along so you don't miss upcoming classes and events.
